Through our subscription model, we provide consistent care that keeps your property clean, healthy, and well-maintained year-round. Services are adjusted throughout the year based on growth cycles and weather conditions, so routine maintenance is always handled without you needing to manage the details.

Our standard maintenance services include mowing, edging, string trimming, bed maintenance, weed control, and leaf management. These services are designed to preserve the condition of your landscape and prevent small issues from becoming larger ones.

Consistency matters. Our property managers are well-trained and assigned to the same properties, allowing them to become familiar with your landscape and deliver dependable results week after week.

As part of our maintenance program, we offer an exclusive partnership with Canopy Lawn Care to provide their HealthyLawn program. Edison also includes an annual aeration service, scheduled based on your grass type, to support long-term turf health.

Maintenance subscriptions focus on ongoing care. Larger improvements, repairs, or upgrades, such as drainage, regrading, or new installations, are handled separately through our Landscaping Solutions services.

Subscription pricing is straightforward and predictable. Plans start at $349 per month, providing reliable, year-round maintenance without surprise charges or undefined scope.
